The Buzzer is a great way to indicate something is happening with your GrovePi or GoPiGo robot car! Program it to listen to noise with the Sound Sensor, or detect light with the Light Sensor, and alert you when there’s something you need to know! Or just program it to sound every time your favorite basketball team scores a point! Cable included.
Use this infrared receiver to control the GrovePi or GoPiGo robot car with a remote control device, such as your TV remote! It can receive signals well within 10 meters. Cable included.
Red means stop! Use the Red LED to program a visual alert on your GrovePi or GoPiGo robot car! Build your own weather station and use the red LED to remind you to take your umbrella if the forecast calls for rain, and use the blue LED if it looks like blue skies ahead. The Grove - Loudness Sensor is designed to detect the sound of environment. Based on LM2904 amplifier and a built-in microphone, it amplifies and filters the high frequency signal that received from the microphone, and outputs a positive envelop.
The Moisture Sensor allows you to measure water levels in things like soil or other porous materials. Great for use in a plant monitoring station with the GrovePi.

The IMU sensor attaches to the GoPiGo and BrickPi. The ICM20649 offers Wide-Range 6-DoF accelerometer and gyroscopre capable of measuring up to ±30g and ±4000 dps. This sensor comes with a special Stemma to Grove cable, allowing you to attach it securely to the GoPiGo or BrickPi. It is recommended to use a blue sensor mount to secure the IMU in place.
The Light & Color Sensor attaches to the GrovePi, GoPiGo and BrickPi to measure light levels and detect different colors. It can be used to build projects like a Rubik’s Cube solver, weather station, or plant monitoring station.
The Line Follower attaches to your Raspberry Pi Robots and enables you to program it to follow a line. Program your GoPiGo to serve a drink across a room, and learn the basics of how automated warehouse or self-driving cars work!
